Frequently Asked Questions

These are some common questions we've answered in the past. If you have a question that's not listed, please e-mail us or call us so we can answer it for you.

Why can't I get a price over the phone?

Our pricing is competitive with other companies in the area. We strive for the best quality job to be done so as to earn your respect and future business. That is why we will take the time to look over the job and give you a free estimate of the price that works for you and us.

How do I know you'll get the job done?

We are a reputable company and depend on repeat business as well as referrals from our satisfied customers. We would not attempt to shoot ourselves in the foot by not giving the best quality service through completion to your fullest satisfaction.

How often do my windows need cleaning?

We recommend at the very least to clean once per year in Orange County. Many of our customers get it done twice per year. By allowing us to wash your windows on a regular basis, the removal of bugs, pollen, dirt and grime, will give your home a nice year-round luster.

Do I have to be home for you to work?

We recommend you be there for us to get started. This will allow you or us to answer any questions about the work to be performed. Our jobs take anywhere from 3 to 9 hours and some can take a couple of days. We'll let you know in our free estimate about how long it will take. You are welcome to come and go as your schedule permits, however, we would like you to be home at the completion so you can check off on the job as meeting your satisfaction (besides, we like the applause at the end).

Anything I have to do prior to your arrival?

If there is anything hanging on the windows (suction cups with deco art) or if you have items on the window sills, you could move those, but other than that, we will move the furniture if needed. When we leave, everything will be put back where we found it. Except for the clean glass, you won't even know we've been there!

What if it rains shortly after you've been here?

Rain will spot dirty windows. Rain is deionized through the atmosphere and will not spot clean windows! We have gone out cleaning windows on rainy days where we would do all of the inside and then come back on the first clear day to do the outside. We do give rain checks so if your windows get dirty from rain within 48 hours of our job, we will come back out at no charge to touch up any of the windows that were bothered by the rain.
