Our pricing is comparable to other top quality window washing companies. Of course there will always be people offering cut-rate services, but we believe you get what you pay for. Here are some things to look for: How long have they been in business? We started up in 2003. How's their appearance? If they don't look professional, then these folks are probably looking for pocket change and beer money. What exactly is their service? Do they clean window sills and tracks? Do they scrub the screens? Do they use professional equipment and supplies? Do they know what they’re doing? We do it right the first time! You don't always get a second chance.
If you have a 2nd floor or transom windows, will they use ladders or poles to clean the windows? Poles don't do the job. Spots are missed, no scrapers are used, and excess water can't be wiped away. To do the best job, a window cleaner has to be right on top of the glass. We own several different sizes and types of ladders. We get up close and personal with the glass to make sure the job is complete to your satisfaction.
Okay, so to get a specific price to have your windows cleaned inside and outside, including the sills, tracks and screens, requires a quick onsite survey. When you call for a free estimate, we will arrange to come out to your home to survey the types and number of windows / sliders to be professionally cleaned. We will write up a detailed report with the exact price to do the job. We will leave that estimate with you to review and wait for you to call us if you decide to use our service (no pressure for you to decide at that time; in fact, you don’t even have to be home as we can leave the report under your door mat).
We obviously want your business and provide the highest quality service in Orange County. We have found that other companies that use cut rate pricing, usually compromise on quality and service. We will, however, put together a package to fit your needs. We have customers who only want the outside done (with screens, sills, tracks). We charge 65% of the whole estimate for that. If you have French doors, we have customers who will do those themselves or have their maid do them to save some money. Some of our customers have dogs that like to get the sliding doors dirty all the time and they will elect for us not to waist our time or their money to clean them. Just let us know what you want.
